Ardmore is an open-cut phosphate mine and on-site beneficiation operation on mining lease ML5542 south of Mount Isa. Centrex's Agriflex subsidiary operated the mine before administration; PRL Global acquired and restarted the business in September 2025 and had completed two post-acquisition shipments totaling more than 55,800 tonnes by June 2026.
