Centrex Limited is the former ASX-listed owner of the Ardmore phosphate operation and a portfolio of fertiliser and base-metal exploration interests. After entering voluntary administration in March 2025, Centrex and Agriflex were acquired through a PRL Global deed of company arrangement, delisted in September 2025 and rebranded within PRL Ardmore. Ardmore has since restarted production under PRL ownership.
