Centamin plc was a Jersey-incorporated gold producer whose flagship asset was the Sukari Gold Mine in Egypt. AngloGold Ashanti acquired the entire company on 22 November 2024 and CEY was delisted from the London and Toronto exchanges on 25 November 2024; the former assets are now reported by the successor owner.
