Cemex's South, Central America and Caribbean reporting portfolio had ten cement and grinding plants with 9.8 million tonnes of annual capacity and 17 aggregate quarries at December 31, 2025. Its S-K 1300 tables report 361 million tonnes of cement-raw-material reserves, 998 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated cement-raw-material resources, 893 million tonnes inferred, 67 million tonnes of aggregate reserves, 406 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated aggregate resources, and 496 million tonnes inferred. Annualized 2025 quarry production was 5.0 million tonnes of cement raw materials and 0.9 million tonnes of aggregates.
