Cemex's Mexico reporting portfolio had 15 cement and grinding plants with 28.2 million tonnes of annual capacity and 16 aggregate quarries at December 31, 2025. Its S-K 1300 tables report 3,211 million tonnes of cement-raw-material reserves, 382 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated cement-raw-material resources, 1,662 million tonnes inferred, 395 million tonnes of aggregate reserves, and 265 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated aggregate resources. Annualized 2025 quarry production was 18.0 million tonnes of cement raw materials and 11.2 million tonnes of aggregates.
