Cemex's combined Europe, Middle East and Africa reporting portfolio had 19 cement and grinding plants with 27.9 million tonnes of annual capacity and 126 aggregate quarries at December 31, 2025. Combining the issuer's regional S-K 1300 tables gives 816 million tonnes of cement-raw-material reserves, 379 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated cement-raw-material resources, 466 million tonnes inferred, 1,458 million tonnes of aggregate reserves, 586 million tonnes of exclusive measured and indicated aggregate resources, and 182 million tonnes inferred. Annualized 2025 quarry production was 15.7 million tonnes of cement raw materials and 52.7 million tonnes of aggregates.
