Opuwo is a sediment-hosted cobalt-copper-zinc project in northwestern Namibia with a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource and a historical scoping study. Celsius has agreed to sell its 95% interest to Chinalco for US$15 million, subject to shareholder, tenure and regulatory conditions.
