Mount Venn covers roughly 400 square kilometres of the Mount Venn-Dorothy Hills greenstone belt. Cazaly retains a 20% joint-venture interest that is free-carried through completion of a prefeasibility study. Riedel Resources acquired the majority interest from Sarama Resources on 21 July 2026.
