El Oculto is an exploration project held through Cascadero's Argentine joint venture and is subject to an earn-in agreement with Elevado Resources. Elevado may earn an initial 51% interest by meeting cash-payment and US$1.5 million exploration-spending requirements by the third anniversary of the September 21, 2024 agreement.
