Cascadero's Argentine subsidiary and Golden Minerals each hold a 33.33% undivided interest in the Desierto I and II concessions, with the remaining interest subject to Golden's option. Through its 70% interest in the Argentine joint venture, Cascadero currently has an indirect interest of approximately 23.33% in the concessions.
