Brewer consists of two land parcels covering 912 acres in Chesterfield County. Carolina Rush holds an exclusive option to explore and purchase the former mine property through December 2030, and OceanaGold can earn up to 80% by funding US$20 million of exploration and exercising the underlying option. The March 2025-effective NI 43-101 estimate reports indicated and inferred in-situ gold-copper resources plus a separate inferred backfill resource.
