Down South comprises three granted exploration licences totaling about 58 square kilometres southeast of Bunbury. Historical work identified multiple silica-sand areas, and Carbine has secured land-access agreements, mapped accessible white-sand occurrences and prioritised auger targets. No Mineral Resource or economic study has been published.
