Oakover comprised six 100%-owned tenements and the Carawine JV area managed by Black Canyon, where Carawine held 25%. The JV's Flanagan Bore FB3 and LR1 deposits contain a current 171 Mt global resource at 10.3% manganese and a scoping study for open-pit mining, dense-media separation and road haulage to Port Hedland.
