Carawine Resources Limited was an Australian gold, copper and base-metals explorer with five project groups in Western Australia and Victoria. QGold completed a compulsory acquisition of the remaining minority shares in October 2025, after which ASX removed CWX from the Official List and Carawine became a wholly owned private company.
