Mt Gibson is Capricorn's wholly owned, large-scale Western Australian gold development approximately 280 kilometres northeast of Perth and less than 10 kilometres from the Great Northern Highway. The updated PFS outlines a 17-year open-pit operation and approximately 150,000 ounces of annual production for the first 15 years. Federal environmental approval was received on 30 June 2026, but Western Australian Part IV assessment and associated final permits remained outstanding, so development had not commenced.
