Strathmore is a group of seven mining claims in Namibia's Cape Cross-Uis pegmatite belt. Cape Lithium held assignment rights and signed a joint-venture and shareholders agreement with local partners, but the first effective date remained subject to environmental clearance, claim reinstatement and other suspensive conditions at October 31, 2024. The later Continental acquisition added adjacent Namibian lithium interests to a stated 52,000-hectare regional position.
