Norrabees comprises an approximately 167,500-hectare prospecting right and a five-hectare mining permit in Northern Cape. Cape Lithium's wholly owned subsidiary holds a 40% indirect interest in Dune Resources, whose Namli subsidiary holds the project permits. The company announced a sale or joint-venture process after failing to pay US$2.5 million for the remaining Dune interest.
