Cape Lithium Corp., formerly Moonbound Mining Ltd., is a delisted Canadian exploration company with a 40% indirect interest in the Norrabees lithium project in South Africa and conditional joint-venture interests in the Strathmore/Cape Cross-Uis lithium portfolio in Namibia. Its entire disclosed board resigned in April 2025.
