Minim Martap is an integrated greenfield direct-shipping bauxite development in central Cameroon. Canyon's August 2026 DFS review reports an updated unlevered real post-tax NPV of US$538 million at a 6.2% discount rate, 22% IRR, US$34.22 per dry tonne life-of-mine C1 cost and US$494 million of total project capital over 2026–2035; Stage 1 is approximately 70% complete and remains expected within US$96 million plus or minus 10%. The updated model retains the 20-year mine life, 10-million-wet-tonne annual plateau rate and existing Ore Reserve, while deferring first production to 2027 at 0.4 million wet tonnes.
