Canadian Premium Sand Inc. is a Canadian development company advancing the wholly owned Wanipigow silica-sand resource in Manitoba. Its near-term work prioritizes a quarry operation serving fracture-proppant and industrial-sand markets while retaining the option to supply low-iron sand for glass manufacturing. The company is also evaluating patterned solar and float glass manufacturing at its permitted Selkirk site. Its separate US patterned-solar-glass concept was paused in December 2025, and CPS began a broad strategic review in April 2026 to consider financing, partnerships, asset transactions or continued standalone development.
