California Gold Mining Inc. is a delisted former CSE gold developer acquired by Stratabound Minerals in August 2021. It remains an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Lode Gold Resources, with the Fremont Gold Mine held through its wholly owned Fremont Gold Mining LLC subsidiary in California.
