Calibre Mining was a Canadian-listed gold producer with operating mines in Nicaragua, the Valentine mine in Newfoundland and exploration assets in Nicaragua and Washington. Equinox Gold acquired 100% of Calibre in June 2025 and Calibre is now delisted; the former Nevada assets were subsequently sold while Valentine and Nicaragua Operations remain producing assets of the parent.
