Bilboes is Caledonia's wholly owned, fully permitted feasibility-stage open-pit gold development. The November 2025 feasibility study supports a single-phase development using BIOX processing, with 1.749 million ounces of proven and probable reserves, first gold targeted for late 2028 and residual oxide leach-pad recovery continuing at a minor level.
