Minhub is developing a proposed mineral-separation plant in Darwin's East Arm Port precinct, initially designed for 500,000 tonnes per year of third-party heavy-mineral concentrate. The feasibility study is being expanded to assess a 250,000-tonne-per-year flotation circuit for fine Wimmera-style feed. A related concept, Minhub4000, would process xenotime into a heavy-rare-earth-rich carbonate.
