The integrated project combines an open-pit kaolin source at Cadoux with proposed HPA processing at Kwinana. The 2021 updated DFS modelled 10,000 tonnes per year over 25 years. Current development is staged around a 1,000-tonne-per-year small-scale production and demonstration plant before a full commercial facility, with FEED, Class 3 engineering, permitting and customer qualification in progress.
