Vametco comprises a vanadium mine and co-located beneficiation and salt-roast processing plant in South Africa's North West province. Bushveld acquired the remaining 26 percent minority interest in December 2023, but mining and processing stopped after the operating entities entered business rescue in November 2024 and had not restarted before the parent entered liquidation.
