Bullet Exploration was a Canadian-listed mineral explorer whose final principal asset was the Jefferson North gold-silver property in Nevada, alongside the Copper Canyon property in British Columbia. Gold79 Mines acquired Bullet through a three-cornered amalgamation on November 26, 2024; AMMO was delisted on November 29 and the former assets now belong to Gold79's successor group rather than a standalone Bullet issuer.
