Kinross operates 757 Dixie Halo claims under an option to earn 70% by incurring C$2.7 million within 36 months and another C$2.0 million within 48 months of the 2023 agreement. BTU retains its full interest until earn-in conditions are satisfied and would retain 30% if Kinross completes the option. BTU separately holds variable royalties on portions sold outright to Kinross.
