The 100%-owned Goldfields Project consolidates the Menzies and Laverton areas. Brightstar's historical Laverton production was processed under an ore purchase agreement with Genesis Minerals. Second Fortune underground mining concluded in 2026 and the mine transitioned to care and maintenance, leaving approximately 50kt at 3.1g/t gold stockpiled for ramp-up after the Laverton plant is commissioned. The January 2026 DFS covers open-pit and underground mining at Menzies and Laverton feeding a new 1.5 Mtpa CIL plant at Laverton.
