Whistlejacket comprises nine Arizona State mineral exploration permits over 4,486 acres. Kennecott completed 19 diamond holes totalling 4,188 metres and identified broad spodumene intersections, but no mineral resource exists. Bradda Head currently has no vested legal ownership: it may earn 51% by spending US$5.5 million over three years and an additional 9% by spending US$12 million over a further three years, subject to Kennecott buy-back rights.
