The Maibwe joint venture includes renewed Kalahari prospecting licences and four kimberlite pipes discovered on PL186. Botswana Minerals holds an indirect interest of about 25.85 percent through its 51.7 percent-owned Siseko Minerals, which owns 50 percent of Maibwe.
