Honeymoon is Boss Energy's wholly owned in-situ recovery uranium operation in South Australia, where production restarted in April 2024. The August 2026 New Feasibility Study forecasts approximately 13.8 Mlbs of drummed U3O8 over a nine-year operating period using a wide-spaced ISR wellfield design, underpinned by a 21.4 Mt at 440 ppm U3O8 Mineral Resource containing 20.8 Mlbs. The Mineral Resource is effective 30 June 2026. The production target comprises 65% Indicated and 35% Inferred resources; there is no certainty that further exploration will establish Indicated resources or that the target will be realised. The NFS allows A$48M of additional facilities capital over the next three years within A$58M over the life of mine, separate from A$308M sustaining capital. Headline C1/AISC of A$50/A$79 per lb (US$35/US$55) are averages to FY2034; the full nine-year forecast to FY2035 reports A$52/A$82 per lb. The study assumes US$90/lb U3O8 and AUD:USD of 0.70. Its five-spot, eight-pattern wellfield design supplies an ion-exchange circuit followed by eluant stripping, precipitation, thickening, drying and packaging, with 95% plant recovery.
