Phoenix comprises the Barry and Gladiator gold deposits in Quebec. Gold Fields can earn a 70% interest by completing C$30 million of work expenditures by November 2026, while Bonterra currently retains its interest and the Barry mining lease is authorized for extraction of up to 1.2 million tonnes.
