Escala comprises the Escala, Escala I, Escala II and Escala III concessions covering 4,000 hectares in the San Antonio de Lipez district. Huiracocha holds a 100% working interest under a 15-year COMIBOL Mining Production Contract signed in 2019 but not yet registered; the contract is renewable for another 15 years and includes a 6.7% gross-sales royalty at commercial production.
