Bahati Project

ExplorationTungsten
Price-|MCap-

EL00778 covers 42.92 square kilometres near Kisoro in south-western Uganda within the Karagwe-Ankole Belt, including the historical Bahati, Nyanga and Bulunga mines. Tungsten occurs in a hypothermal quartz-vein system. Due diligence channel sampling returned high tungsten grades, but results cannot be used in a mineral resource estimate and accessible underground exposures constrained sampling. Conditional staged acquisition through Mgahinga Minerals Pty Ltd and Mgahinga Tungsten Limited, targeting an eventual 90% project interest; completion is not reported. Blaze must sole fund exploration from Stage 1 through a definitive feasibility study or withdrawal, and withdrawal before Stage 3 requires return of its MMPL shares.
