Norris Lithium acquired a 100% interest in seven Ontario mineral claims known as the Solitude property, subject to a 1.5% NSR royalty. Black Spruce retains the property through Norris but fully impaired it in fiscal 2025 because further exploration work was neither budgeted nor planned.
