Norris Lithium acquired a 100% interest in the Alice Lake mineral property in Ontario in August 2023, subject to a 2% NSR royalty. Black Spruce retains the property through Norris but fully impaired it in fiscal 2025 because further exploration work was neither budgeted nor planned.
