Black Spruce Exploration Inc., formerly Lithium One Metals Inc., is a Canadian exploration-stage company whose retained portfolio comprises the Highway and Bus properties in Quebec and the Solitude and Alice properties in Ontario. The four property interests are held through wholly owned Norris Lithium Inc.; their carrying values were fully impaired in fiscal 2025 because further exploration was neither budgeted nor planned.
