Black Cat Syndicate Limited is an Australian gold producer operating two wholly owned hubs in Western Australia. Kal East combines open-pit and underground mines with the 1.2 Mtpa Lakewood CIL plant near Kalgoorlie, while Paulsens is a high-grade underground mine with a 450 ktpa processing facility in the Pilbara. The company also owns the care-and-maintenance Coyote operation in the Tanami region and the Mt Clement antimony-silver-lead-gold project near Paulsens. Black Cat reported a 100,000-ounce annualised production run rate, 729 million shares on issue and no debt in July 2026.
