The 100%-owned Balfour project grouping contains the KR1, KR2, Balfour East and Damsite JORC resources. A July 2024 Scoping Study assessed conventional open-pit mining and beneficiation of KR1/KR2 at three million tonnes per year; the October 2025 KR2 upgrade improved the Indicated resource available for future study updates.
