Jansen is a two-stage underground potash development under construction. Stage 1 is budgeted at US$8.4 billion with first production targeted for mid-2027; Stage 2 is budgeted at US$6.9 billion with first production in late FY2031 and combined capacity expected to reach 8.5 Mtpa.
