Bessor exchanged its former 100% earn-in for a 30% ownership interest in February 2026; Homegold and Johan Shearer hold 70% and may dispose of the property without Bessor's prior consent. The owners granted Copper One an option to earn 100% for C$915,000 cash and C$900,000 of work, subject to regulatory approval.
