Bessor retains a 1% NSR on certain former Key property claims contained within Artemis Gold's producing Blackwater Mine; Artemis may buy the remaining royalty for C$2 million. Commercial production began May 1, 2025. Mine-wide resources, reserves and output are not attributed to Bessor because the issuer does not disclose which production originates on the royalty claims.
