Thunder Bay North is a platinum-palladium-copper-nickel project operated by Clean Air Metals in Ontario. Clean Air published a new preliminary economic assessment in October 2025. Benton has no direct project ownership. It holds 24.6 million Clean Air Metals shares and a 0.5% net smelter return royalty over the Thunder Bay North and Escape Lake interests described by the issuer.
