Mardie is a wholly owned, integrated solar salt and sulphate of potash development on the Pilbara coast. The construction-stage salt-first operation is designed for 5.35 Mtpa of high-purity industrial salt, while the separate full-scale SOP plant remains subject to a future investment decision; the integrated base case assumes 140 ktpa of SOP. The project includes nine evaporation ponds, crystallisers, a wash plant and the Cape Preston West export port, and does not report JORC resources or reserves because it uses abundant seawater.
