Tenas is a wholly owned proposed open-pit steelmaking-coal mine near Telkwa, British Columbia, held through Telkwa Mining Limited. The updated feasibility case retains 22.0 Mt of run-of-mine reserves, a 22-year life and scheduled saleable production around 750-800 ktpa while the project progresses through the British Columbia environmental-assessment process. Deferred acquisition consideration is US$4 million upon receipt of all final permits to develop, construct and operate the mine, followed by US$3 million on the first anniversary of receipt of those permits.
