Crown Mountain is an open-pit metallurgical-coal development owned through NWP Coal Canada Limited and operated by majority partner Jameson Resources Limited. Bathurst's July 2026 presentation reports a current 22.8% economic interest and an option, exercisable at Bathurst's discretion, to increase its interest to 50% for C$106 million.
