Bathurst Resources Limited is a New Zealand-registered coal producer with four operating open-pit mines: the 65%-owned Stockton, Rotowaro and Maramarua mines and the wholly owned Takitimu mine. Its development portfolio comprises the wholly owned Buller Plateaux Continuation and Tenas steelmaking-coal projects plus a 22.8% economic interest in Crown Mountain. At 30 June 2026, Bathurst reported NZ$145 million of consolidated cash and no debt and targeted a pathway toward approximately 2.5 Mtpa of production.
