Iron Gold covers 886.822 hectares approximately two kilometres north of North Core and contains four known gold occurrences in Archean iron formations, with historical reported values from 1.07 to 13.44 g/t Au. Bathurst completed its 100% acquisition in April 2026 subject to a 2% vendor NSR; no current mineral resource is reported.
