Basin Uranium Corp. was a North American uranium explorer led by the resource-stage Chord Uranium Project in South Dakota, with additional uranium properties in South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Saskatchewan and the CHG gold option in British Columbia. Nexus Uranium Corp. acquired all outstanding Basin shares and NCLR was delisted from the CSE on September 16, 2025.
